Southern Land Company will seek from Metro an amendment to the specific plan rezoning for the East Nashville property formerly home to the Lincoln College of Technology campus and for which is eyed a major mixed-use project.

Specifically, and according to a document submitted to the Metro Planning Department, SLC will request the existing specific plan zoning approved by the Metro Council in 2023 be amended to add parcels along the southern portion of the site currently zoned office, residential and commercial.
