South Nashville auto dealership site sells for $13M

Michigan-based Victory now owns property from which it operates Nissan dealership on Thompson Lane

A South Nashville property home to an automobile dealership and located at one of the city’s busiest intersections has sold for $13 million.

Victory Nissan of Nashville and Victory INEOS Grenadier operate at the property, which offers main addresses of 307 Thompson Lane and 2902 Nolensville Pike.
