The Pie Town building previously housing long-standing service business Chromatics and sitting next to the Tennessee Brew Works brewery has been listed for sale, along with two other parcels, for $12.4 million — almost $3 million more than the price paid when the properties last changed ownership hands about eight months ago.

The listing comes after the property’s owner, an LLC affiliated with downtown’s The Listening Room, paid $9.45 million for the three properties in January (read here).
