Officials from Congress Group and AECOM Capital recently hosted about 120 people for a ceremonial groundbreaking for the downtown Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, which will rise 40 stories at the foot of the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge. The event included remarks from Congress President and CEO Dean Stratouly, AECOM Senior Managing Director Timothy Haskin, Four Seasons Regional Vice President Thierry Kennel and Mayor David Briley.
