A $30 million incentive package for Starbucks has been finalized as the Seattle-based retail coffeehouse company prepares to establish its regional corporate office in Nashville.

The State Funding Board unanimously approved the FastTrack Economic Development Grant at a Thursday meeting. Tennessee Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart McWhorter said the $30 million will help offset expenses like building expansion, building retrofit and building improvements.
