The state is preparing to finalize a $30 million incentive package for Starbucks as the Seattle-based company prepares to establish a regional corporate office in Nashville.

Gov. Bill Lee at the announcement Tuesday, April 21 for Starbucks future establishment of a Southeast corporate office at downtown Nashville's Peabody Union.

The Tennessee State Funding Board will meet May 20 to approve the FastTrack Grant — part of the effort to lure Starbucks and approximately 2,000 jobs to downtown mixed-used development Peabody Union. The FastTrack Grant is related to job training assistance, according to the funding board agenda.
