12South Mediterranean restaurant Epice is set to be replaced by a Green Hills location eyed for a late spring 2027 opening, owner Andrew Fawaz told the Post.

As the Post reported in June 2025, and according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, Epice owner Andrew Fawaz paid $2.1 million for a building located at 3827 Cleghorn Ave. and sitting on 0.33 acres. The structure seemingly offers no tenant.
