Epice official part of trio that buys Green Hills building

An official with the company that oversees Mediterranean cuisine restaurants Epice in 12South and Kalamatas in Green Hills has joined two other investors to pay $2.1 million for a Green Hills commercial building.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, Andrew Fawaz (who is also involved with Santo in Green Hills and Lola in Sylvan Park via Nashville-based Siege Hospitality) now owns the property. Located at 3827 Cleghorn Ave. and sitting on 0.33 acres, the building seemingly offers no tenant.
