Polsinelli adds healthcare shareholder in Nashville

National law firm Polsinelli is expanding its healthcare practice in Nashville with the addition of a Michaela Poizner as shareholder.

Poizner advises healthcare provider organizations across behavioral health, medical and long-term care sectors on transactional, regulatory and operational matters. She assists clients with the purchase and sale of healthcare assets, as well as navigating licensure and Medicare enrollment and assessing fraud and abuse issues. In addition, she works to address privacy and security concerns.
