Nashville-based Magnolia Investment Partners announced Wednesday it had named local commercial real estate industry veteran Warren Smith as partner, operations and asset services.

The hiring of Smith, who most recently spent 15 years as the managing director of the Nashville office of Toronto-based Avison Young, follows Magnolia’s having also added Brian Reames (read here) and Charles Warner (read here) as partners during the past 12 months.
