20|20 names CFO

Downtown-based research technology and services firm 20|20 Research has promoted John Pflum to CFO from vice president of accounting and finance.

Pflum joined 20|20, which was founded in 1986, two and a half years ago after working as director of business affairs and human resources leader for the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing. Before that, he was finance director for global research firm Ipsos Understanding Unlimited.
