Inova merges with Atlanta payroll peer

Inova Payroll has merged with an Atlanta company in a deal that grows its business by about 50 percent and, simultaneously, has been recapitalized by a Texas private equity firm, giving a host of local investors a big payday.

Terms of six-year-old Inova’s deal with Payroll Strategies and Tritium Partners’ investment in Inova are not being disclosed.
