The Cincinnati company eyeing a brewery-anchored mixed-use building for Wedgewood-Houston is no longer pursuing the development.

As the Post most recently reported in August 2022 (read here), CIG Communities had sought a four-story structure (five in segments) with 129 for-lease residences (previously planned for 151) and commercial spaces to be anchored by a Braxton Brewing Co. taproom. The address is 469 Chestnut St.
