North Edgehill Commons

Almost three years after disclosing plans for a major mixed-use development for Edgehill, the Chicago-area company seeking the project has yet to start work on the site.

As the Post reported in December 2021, Marquette Companies paid approximately $42.31 million for the two Edgehill properties where it has plans for the development. This followed the Post’s original reporting about what would be called North Edgehill Commons in March 2021 (read here).
