An Illinois-based apartment development company will buy the Beaman Automotive site in Edgehill overlooking the interstate loop and The Gulch and is planning a multi-building project for the site.

Marquette Companies seemingly has the 6.8-acre property, which has addresses of 920 and 1000 Hawkins St., under contract, according to a Metro Water permit. The property is located off 12th Avenue South and features a building with a service center.
