Status unclear for project eyed for The Nations

The status of a mixed-use development planned for a West Nashville property that offers a warehouse accommodating multiple breweries is unclear approximately two years after details emerged.

As the Post reported in February 2023, the Metro Planning Department approved a rezoning for the property, which is located at 5901 California Ave. in The Nations. The rezoning will allow for two residential buildings to offer a collective 300 units located on the north and east segments of the overall 8.12-acre property.
