About six weeks after selling a Chestnut Hill property for $2.5 million to music industry official Reid Shippen, Nashville-based development firm The Mainland Companies is now asking $15 million for the remainder of the property.

As the Post reported in September 2022, and according to a document submitted to Metro, Mainland had been considering a 20-story mixed-use building (read here) on a surface parking lot that sits adjacent to the structure Shippen acquired (read here) and now for sale.
