Nashville-based development company Richland Building Partners is eyeing a November construction start for a mixed-use building in Chestnut Hill and has released a new image for the effort.

Of note, the eight-story building’s future 120 condominiums will offer starting prices in the high $200,000s. The figure compares to the average condo sales price in Davidson County of $340,000 for the third quarter, according to Greater Nashville Realtors research.
