A mixed-use Sylvan Park building home to one of Nashville’s longest-running service businesses has sold for $2,475,000.

Located at 422 Acklen Park Drive, the building offers 12 condominium units and a commercial space accommodating John Stevens Upholstery. The business began operations in 1972, according to its website, and has functioned from the just-sold two-story modernist structure seemingly since it opened (also in 1972).
