A mixed-use development planned for a West Nashville property in The Nations continues to advance, approximately four years after details emerged.

As the Post reported in February 2023, the Metro Planning Department approved a rezoning for the property, which is located at 5901 California Ave. At the time, the rezoning allowed for what was to have been two residential buildings to offer a collective 300 units and to have been located on the north and east segments of the overall 8.12-acre property.
