A four-story mixed-use building seemingly is planned for a Geodis Park-area site in South Nashville.

According to a Metro Codes Department permit document, the four-story structure will sit at 492 Craighead St. near the Melrose neighborhood. It will offer commercial space on its ground level and residential units on floors two through four, with a structured parking garage to be included.
