Hospitality partnership sells Inglewood building

An East Nashville building home to a food and beverage industry-focused marketing company has sold for $3.9 million, about $1 million less than the original asking price.

A Davidson County Register of Deeds document notes the new owner of the property, located at 1001 W. Kirkland Ave. in Inglewood, is an LLC that shares an address with Madison-based Vireo Systems Inc. According to its website, Vireo manufactures natural products related to feminine hygiene care, skin care treatment, pain management and sport and pet nutrition.
