A major overhaul is planned for an East Nashville building last home to a Piggly Wiggly grocery store.

Located at 917 Dickerson Pike, the 13,600-square-foot structure features a vaulted barrel roof. Danielle Rice owns the 0.53-acre property via RPMSkyline, having paid $2.1 million for it in mid-2019, according to Metro records.
