Nashville-based commercial real estate investment firm Wedgewood Avenue has paid $3.5 million for an East Nashville site located near downtown’s River North and on which it plans a self-storage building.

The three-floor facility will be constructed at 304 Oldham St. on a 1.78-acre property. The site is positioned north of downtown and near both the inner-interstate loop and the East Bank.
