An LLC affiliated with local developer Lee Zoller has paid a collective approximately $4.06 million for two Wedgewood-Houston-area properties located adjacent to his under-construction building The Pitch.

According to Davidson County Register of Deeds documents, Zoller and some investors now own the properties, located at 1514 Fourth Ave. S. and 1516 Fourth Ave. S. and offering a combined 1.58 acres. The Chestnut Hill properties sit near The Fairgrounds Nashville at the split of Second and Fourth avenues.
