Details are emerging regarding the proposed rezoning of a suburban Green Hills office building site — with a request that, if approved, could allow for the property to be reinvented with a mixed-use development.

As the Post recently reported, the 4301 Hillsboro Pike property is being eyed for a potential redevelopment. The modernist three-story Continental Plaza Office Building located on the site accommodates Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty, among other tenants.
