The $13.45 million sale of the Plaza Mariachi property has been approved and is expected to close by year’s end.

According to a document filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division, Judge Charles Walker issued an order allowing the sale to proceed. Based on statements by the primary parties in the order, the bankruptcy case involving the troubled property is expected to be dismissed following the real estate transaction.
