No more than three weeks after paying $1.5 million for a Berry Hill commercial property, a local businessman has now acquired a similar Woodbine-area building for $1 million.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, Cason Hayes now owns the 0.18-acre property and the small commercial building on which it sits. The address is 2525 Cruzen St., with the property located in South Nashville’s Grandview Heights neighborhood. The purchase also includes 0.2 acres of raw land located on an adjacent site at 2527 Cruzen St.
