Airport-area hotel sells for $4.1M

A budget hotel located near Nashville International Airport has sold for $4.1 million, the latest in a small string of similar transactions since April 2019.

The new owners of the property is 2425 Atrium Way and what is called Nashville Airport Inn and Suites is an LLC, details for which the Post was unable to determine. The sellers were an LLC and an individual, who paid $1.8 million for the property in December 2017 and seemingly later upgraded it.
