The 12South building housing high-end blue jeans retailer Imogene + Willie has sold for $3.2 million, with that business’ owner having made the acquisition.

The property — which accommodated a gas station and small market prior to 12South’s transition starting about 25 years ago — offers an address of 2601 12th Ave. S. and sits at the geographic center of the popular commercial district.
