Vastland Company announced Wednesday details related to one of the seven luxury penthouses to be offered in its under construction Voce Hotel & Residences.

According to a release, the unit will be located on the 23rd floor of the 25-story building and is listed for $4.3 million. To cover 2,505 square feet, the future residence will offer three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, with 12-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows wrapping both the south and east walls and offering views of the downtown and Midtown skylines.
