Nashville judge will lead business court pilot

The Tennessee Supreme Court has assigned Davidson County Chancellor Anne Martin to oversee the Business Court Docket Pilot Project.

The business court program is designed for Tennessee businesses and citizens with complex or unique questions regarding business law, according to the Supreme Court’s announcement.
