The tech developer seeking to build a highly controversial 69,000-square-foot data center adjacent to the Nashville Zoo is claiming in a new lawsuit that the property’s previous tenant, tech and insurance company Asurion, also used the site as a data center.

However, Asurion told the Post that only a small portion of its 648 Grassmere Park facility was used as a data center, being primarily made up of IT infrastructure used to support the office space.
