Peg Leg Porker owner buys in The Nations

The owner of Gulch barbecue joint Peg Leg Porker has paid $1.1 million for a property located in the ever-evolving The Nations and is planning a future restaurant for the site.

Carey Bringle now owns the property at 4901 Centennial Blvd., which is home to two buildings. The ownership entity comprises Bringle family members solely and does not include outside investors, Bringle said. The seller was an LLC involving local real estate investors Elliott Kyle and McClain Towery, who paid $705,000 for the 0.37-acre property in mid-2017, according to Metro records.
