Metro lifts permit lock related to planned East Bank development

Metro Government has lifted a permit lock related to East Bank property on which a residential building development has long been planned.

Metro has notified RangeWater Real Estate that the encumbrance has been removed for a four-parcel, 3.77-acre industrial site the Atlanta-based company owns at 51 Oldham St. That's according to an Aug. 6 filing in Middle Tennessee District Court, first reported by the Nashville Business Journal. The property offers an alternative address at 201 Cowan St.
