Metro considering $1M contract for short-term rental enforcement

The Metro Council on Tuesday will consider a resolution approving a contract between the city and Host Compliance to provide compliance and enforcement services related to Nashville’s short-term rental regulations.

The contract, which is worth just more than $1 million over five years, is with Host Compliance, a California-based company, which was the only vendor considered.
