Concourse D was the first major project to be completed as part of BNA's $3 billion New Horizon expansion plan. The extended and revamped concourse was unveiled July 1.

Concourse D now features five new gates, eight added retail options, a moving walkway and three pieces of original artwork — including two by local artists. It culminates in a record node, which is a rotunda with views of both BNA’s first outdoor terrace and the airfield, as well as downtown Nashville.
