Three CCA directors set to step down

The directors of Corrections Corp. of America will next month bid adieu to three veteran directors -- including a former chairman -- who have reached the company's retirement age.

Preparing to step down are William Andrews, Dennis DeConcini and John Horne, who have been on the board since 2000, 2008 and 2001, respectively. Andrews (pictured) has been chairman of the board's executive committee since mid-2008 -- he was the board's chair from 2000 to 2008 -- and was a director of CCA's board from 1986 to 1998, when it merged with Prison Realty Trust. DeConcini is a member of the board's nominating and governance committee while Horne is a compensation committee member.
