Ozburn-Hessey Logistics merging with DLJ firm

Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, a Nashville-based operator of 27 warehouses and distribution centers in the Southeast, is merging with a two-year old logistics firm in a move that adds capital needed to fund a national expansion.

After its merger with ProChannel Distribution Partners, the merged company will remain here and retain the Ozburn-Hessey name and executive staff.
