State reports fiscal mismanagement at TSU

Officials from the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury on Tuesday laid out findings critical of the fiscal management of Tennessee State University.

Auditors said that the TSU board of trustees “did not ensure university management addressed pervasive fiscal and operational issues.”
