Downtown skyscraper Fifth Third Center is slated to accommodate two Hilton Hotel brands.

A New York LLC affiliated with Pivot Real Estate Partners (stylized as “PIVOT”) paid $55.25 million for the building in August 2025, with the ownership having enlisted Nashville-based architecture firm Hastings to handle the redesign of the structure. The address of the post-modern office tower is 424 Church St.
