Craft beer business set for East Nashville

The owner of Farmers Market-based craft beer bar and growler fill station The Picnic Tap will open by September’s end at the Hunters Station food hall in East Nashville.

Of note, the opening will come almost five years to the day that Eric Woodard opened in The Farmers Market. Woodard said he plans to employ up to 10 workers. He noted the space will be an expanded version of his Farmers Market concept — with 25 beers, wine, cocktails and craft sodas on tap. The facility will also feature a kitchen that will allow the craft beer-centric business to offer a pub food line-up.
