A cafe is being eyed for a mixed-use building located in East Nashville near Five Points.

According to a permit application, The Rec Room Coffee Shop will operate within The Eighteen by Kasa, a five-story building that offers short-term rental residential units. The cafe will offer an address of 18 Mcferrin Ave.
