A veteran government affairs professional has joined Nashville-based consulting and lobbying firm The Ingram Group.

The firm announced this week that Bill Cooper, a Tennessee native and former general counsel with the U.S. Department of Energy, is now on staff with the state and federal practice. In the role, he will advise clients on energy, infrastructure, federal policy, regulatory strategy, government affairs and public affairs.
