FirstBank has announced that local banking sector veteran Heidi Phillips has been hired as vice president, senior relationship manager.

Based at the bank’s headquarters at One22One Broadway in The Gulch, Phillips will spearhead client engagement in the commercial sector and with high-net-worth individuals.

Phillips has more than 15 years of experience in lending and treasury management. Prior to joining ServisFirst, she was vice president and relationship banker with Fourth Capital Bank. She has also worked for First Horizon Bank, HomeTrust Bank and First Citizens Bank.

Phillips earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in classical studies with a minor in philosophy from Vanderbilt University and is currently pursuing her MBA degree at Lipscomb University.

Phillips sits on the boards of Rocketown, Family & Children’s Services and XPX Nashville, and is a graduate of Leadership Maury Class of 2022.
