Capital & 5th, a Nashville public affairs firm specializing in political affairs, has announced Leigh Ann Jones as director of operations.

According to a release, Jones will help clients with getting legislation through through the Tennessee General Assembly. She has more than 25 years of experience and has held senior positions under five state attorneys general. Most recently, Jones was senior director of legislative and public affairs for the Tennessee Attorney General’s office. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology and criminal justice from Tennessee Technological University.
