Lovell Communications announced Monday it has named veteran employee Amanda Maynord to the role of chief executive officer.

Maynord replaces Rosemary Plorin. After having served as company leader since 2013 (read here), Plorin is moving into a corporate consulting role with Lansing, Michigan-based Health Management Associates (HMA), the Lovell Communications parent company.
