Nashville attorney among representation in lawsuit involving Memphis xAI data center

A new class action lawsuit is challenging the operations of Elon Musk’s multiple xAI data center facilities in Memphis.

The federal lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee on Sept. 23 on behalf of South Memphis residents living in close proximity to the facilities. The lawsuit was filed by California-based law firm Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein and the Memphis-based firm Greer Injury Lawyers. Among the attorneys representing the plaintiffs is Mark Chalos, a partner with the Nashville office of Lieff Cabraser.
