HCA Healthcare has confirmed it has laid off a small share of employees from its U.S. workforce, according to a report from the Nashville Business Journal. 

An HCA spokesperson told NBJ the roles impacted do not provide direct patient care and represent “a small portion” of the company’s workforce.
