Atlanta's Ten Twenty Spring rendering with the Pinnacle name

Pinnacle Financial Partners will operate its corporate headquarters in Midtown Atlanta, with the headquarters of banking operations to remain in Nashville.

In a transaction valued at about $8.6 billion, the Nashville-based bank merged with Georgia-headquartered Synovus at the beginning of the year, with the operating company assuming the Pinnacle name. Synovus had operated its main Atlanta office in an Overland Park building, which the new Pinnacle company will also continue to occupy.
